One will be based out of our bulk plant in Greenacres, WA, and the other in the Tri-Cities area.
JOB SUMMARY
Responsible for all company-related sales activities focused on the growth and development of commercial business lines in the assigned markets, including bulk and packaged lubricant products, bulk fuel and equipment solution, and fleet card marketing services to commercial, industrial, agricultural and transportation customers, while delivering the highest quality service and support to new and existing customer accounts.
Pay Range: $65,000 - $85,000 Base Salary + Commission
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage the sales, service, and growth development of assigned key commercial accounts within defined marketing territory.
- Execute company defined sales process, from lead generation to account closing, to include planning, scheduling, and conducting regular sales calls on prospective commercial, industrial, agricultural and transportation companies.
- Meet or exceed sales target objectives to maximize individual and team gallon, gross profit, and account growth contributions as defined by the VP of Sales and Marketing.
- Utilize and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) program to capture, monitor and track sales opportunity activity and process progression to close according to the sales process for assigned accounts and the development of new customers.
- Identify, document, and satisfy the supply and service demands of our customers according to the company brand standard. Be alert to customer needs, challenges and obstacles and develop service solutions to resolve to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
- Provide market intelligence regarding competitive products, services, pricing programs and/or marketing strategies identified through the course of business and customer dialogue and report back to sales team to improve company market position and prevent customer attrition.
- Participate in regularly scheduled team and individual performance review meetings, industry trade events and/or training sessions/modules/meetings as assigned.
- Maintain high standards of courtesy and respect for all customers and fellow employees. Develop professional relationships with customers.
- Prepare and complete customer paperwork timely, accurately, and legibly to assure product quality.
- Attend department and safety meetings when scheduled.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent experience (minimum of 5 years in sales or related marketing experience).
- Willing and able to travel regularly throughout the assigned territory, as well as other regions, sometimes in short-notice and/or for extended periods of time.
- Manage competing tasks and priorities.
- Have a high degree of organizational skills, be accurate and detailed, interact well with team members and be able to work directly with decision makers.
- Ability to think strategically and analytically.
- Understanding of Microsoft office suite. Personal appearance must be neat and well groomed.
- Ability to work normal business hours Monday through Friday — 8 hours a day, with additional hours as required to meet customer needs or participate in company and/or supplier sponsored events and trade shows.
- Ability to be available to customers on evenings and weekends.

ENVIRONMENTAL FACTORS AND PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
- Regular exposure to an office setting.
- Exerts up to 25 lbs. of force occasionally.
- May receive emergency calls related to fuel quality control or equipment issues at any time.
- Travel is required via auto, plane, and other public transportation, possibly on weekends and evenings.
