Salesperson/Designer
Job Description
ASW Designers are held responsible for providing a White Glove Service.
ASW has been in business for 50 YEARS and is backed by several big box stores (ex: Costco, Lowe’s,etc.) Designers are expected to exude confidence and professionalism upon entering the home. Designers hold full 90-120 minute consultations, including a full presentation. This is an IN-HOME sales position with the expectations of a one-call close. Designers are responsible for taking various payment forms and completing paperwork process. Designers play an integral part in working alongside the office, to see each project through to completion. Post training, Designers are NOT expected to commute to the office on a daily basis, therefore prompt communication is required.
Designers should expect to drive potentially long distances (Maximum 100 miles) to and from appointments. Designers MUST have a reliable form of transportation upon applying. Compensation for gasoline is provided.
Performance will be evaluated continuously through KPI’s. Designers are held responsible for meeting/surpassing goals set by ASW. We strive for continuous advancement in sales objectives.
Paid Training
ASW’s corporate office is located in Orange, CA.
2-3 week mandatory training is held in Orange. Lodging accommodations will be provided.
Through training, you are expected to learn ASW’s successful sales process. You are taught full product knowledge and expected to pursue our steep learning curve.
Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- 4+ years of advanced sales experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong self-motivation
- Punctual, organized, & detail oriented
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license, with ability to do large commutes

Pay Structure
- Paid 2-3 week training period
- Base + Commission for a 60-day review period
- Commission-only post-review

- Commissions paid semi-monthly with direct deposit offered
