Residential Construction Sales Representative

Responsibilities

· Scout prospective clients within greater Nashville area
· Scout referral partners for company and product recognition
· Create exceptional service experience and meet sales & performance goals
· Generate and schedule installation appointments
· Maintain calendar scheduled appointments and follow appointment outline
· Close install and material sales
· Maintain and keep current customer interaction and job progress in CRM platforms, HubSpot and BuilderTrend
· Create job specification measurements via Hover App
· Coordinate projects and pricing with Project Manager/Operations Manager
· Complete any required training on all scopes offered
· This role is 80% remote/telecommute

Compensation

· $500 per week
· 3% Commission, paid monthly
· Flex schedule
· Company iPad/computer

Minimum Production Expectations

· Adhere to Company Core values
· 3 self-generated leads a week
· $100,000 monthly sales
· 35%+ closing ratio
· Adhere to all XE SOP and policies

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
