PREMIUM EXPERIENCE
Group Sales Lead

Job Description
The Armory was designed to bring an unparalleled concert and entertainment experience to both fans and performing artists. We are looking for a driven, resourceful and forward thinking individual with an entrepreneurial spirit to join our Premium Experience Sales Team. The Premium Experience department focuses on providing an atmosphere that guests will never forget and is accessible to all music fans. The Premium Experience Group Sales Lead will assist the Premium Experience Sales Team in generating revenue and cultivating client relationships.

Duties and Responsibilities
♦ Assist Sales Director in generating sales and establishing/maintaining positive relationships with existing clients
♦ Participates in the development of and execution of the Business Plan for the Premium
Experience Program including: pricing, advertising/marketing, inventory management, strategizing, etc
♦ Respond to inbound guest queries via phone, email, and other channels
♦ Actively prospect to returning guests or guests who have yet to be converted
♦ Manage and maintain accounts receivable
♦ Conduct in-facility appointments and tours of the venue to assist in closing sales
♦ Proactively solicit and follow-up on new leads through referrals, networking, and prospecting businesses
♦ Manage guest’s special requests or additional ticket purchases
♦ Coordination of on-site event day responsibilities and client services including table touches and on-site upgrades
♦ Facilitate regular email/phone communication, show announcements, etc. to client base
♦ Maintain accurate and detailed records of all clients and prospects in CRM system
♦ Performs other duties as assigned by management

Skills and Qualifications
♦ Minimum 1-2 years of related business or sales experience
♦ Experience in Hospitality or Entertainment preferred
♦ Strong organizational, time-management, excellent oral and written communication and problem solving skills
♦ Self-sufficient and strong interpersonal skills
♦ High energy
♦ Must be comfortable cold-calling and making face to face sales presentations
♦ Displays record in relationship building and networking skills with ability to interact effectively and professionally
♦ Strong ability to adapt to diverse environments
♦ Physical ability to walk and stand for extended periods of time
♦ Computer proficiency: Microsoft Office, Google Suite, iOS on iPad/iPhone

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
