The Farms at Bailey Station, a brand new life care community with an independent upscale lifestyle, is currently seeking an individual to join our Independent Living Sales Team as a Retirement Living Advisor.

Ideal candidates will have the desire to achieve high goals and enjoy working toward a team goal. Previous consultative sales experience is required. Knowledge of the CCRC model is a definite plus! This Advisor must be an organized, self-directed individual with history of strong closing success.

Primary responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Ability to cultivate relationships and build rapport with potential residents and family members, to include proficiency in telephone follow up, lead management and closing skills
• Excellent hospitality and customer service standards
• CRM database knowledge is a plus
• Ability to maintain detailed records and have solid computer skills

The qualified candidate must have a flexible work schedule and be willing to work weekends, as required. Position offers competitive compensation and benefits package, including an excellent commission plan.
