Job Description:
The Sales Manager – Milwaukee/Madison, WI (remote/field sales) is responsible for conquest sales, upsells, and retention of the industry’s leading and most awarded automotive digital retail platform. We are seeking a self-motivated team member who consistently sells over quota and is a Hunter. CarNow’s Real-Time RetailTM platform drives more revenue and profit for dealerships while fulfilling the dealership’s brand promise for a superior, streamlined, and frictionless on- line car buying experience for their customers.
Responsibilities:
- Develop quarterly business plans to pursue conquest and upsell sales while supporting customer retention
- Meet with decision makers and stakeholders to uncover dealership needs
- Ability to deliver software presentations to large groups of stakeholders
- Present solutions to prospects and customers
- Acquire new customers, upsell current customers, and grow market presence
- Network and build relationships to gain referrals for new business
- Support new customer launches, success, and long-term relationships
- Establish and maintain partnerships with internal stakeholders at CarNow
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of automotive software sales or in a dealership role utilizing automotive software (Digital, DMS, CRM, Desking, etc. preferred)
- Realistic optimist
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
- People person with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- An understanding of a customer’s key business drivers
- Must be able to establish and maintain customer confidence
- Demonstrates persistence and overcomes obstacles
- Provide exceptional customer service
- Highly motivated to achieve goals of a high growth organization
- Travel to prospects, customers, and corporate events

Pay: $170,000.00 - $185,000.00 per year
