Responsibilities
- Assisting the sales manager in servicing all accounts
- Perform weekly review of reorder opportunities based on selling reports analysis and feedback from accounts.
- Monitor key item availability and support with open order reports
- Responsible for daily order maintenance, and review of all open orders in system
- Checking, communicating, and actioning all product changes in accordance to merchandising logs
- Completing weekly sell through reports and bestsellers for major accounts
- Providing accounts all required product information including, ecommerce copy and country of origin.
- Review and respond to all account inquiries, to ensure they are aligned with global brand direction.
- Market support (creating order forms/linesheets, noting selections during appointment).
- Calendar management - ensuring all showroom / Zoom appointments and internal meetings are booked.
- Liaise with the Operations and Warehouse teams to ensure the customer has all required documents for bookings for shipments.
- Partner with marketing team to ensure all accounts have appropriate online styling and assets.
- Work on ad hoc projects in conjunction with LA sales team
- Research prospect stores to continue the growth of wholesale business.
- Organizing, attending, and selling at tradeshows to buyers and clients.
- Understanding and ability to work within all facets of the order process including merchandising, operations, logistics, credit, and production.
Required Skills
- A love and understanding of the Free People brand, customer and product
- This candidate will have 1- 2 years prior experience within sales, customer service or administration
- Proficient in office systems such as MS excel/word/PowerPoint/Outlook
- Highly organised with the ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong understanding of the entire sales process; including client prospecting, taking orders, order maintenance, shipping, and follow-up.
- Ability to maintain and build relationships with clients and buyers.
- Flexible and positive attitude towards new projects
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
The wage range for this role is $64,480 - $71,400. Wages are based on several factors, including, but not limited to experience, education, geographic location, etc.
