We are seeking an enthusiastic and sales driven individual to perform leasing duties for our multifamily housing complex. This position requirements include:

• Proficiency with internet based residential management platforms.
• Outreach, marketing, and social media.
• Full knowledge and understanding of fair housing laws.
• Understanding of HUD housing.
• Problem solving and customer retention.
