Sales Leader Responsibilities will include but not be limited to the following:
· In partnership with the team, creates an environment that supports the customer service experience and behaviors.
· Leads customer outreach efforts.
· Review KPI results, working with Store Management Team to identify selling opportunities.
· Focus on promoting and driving sales, maintaining an awareness of inventory levels.
· Demonstrates a positive attitude and encourages a collaborative team environment.
· Supporting Store Management in overseeing the operational functioning of the store.
· Driving revenue by proactively managing the client experience while effectively performing Manager on Duty responsibilities when Managers are not on the floor.
· Coaching Associates “in the moment” on customer interactions and best practice to maximize productivity.
· Possessing keys to the store, performing opening and closing procedures in the absence of management.
· Additional responsibilities as assigned
Competencies:
· Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
· Consistently show ability to be sales-driven and results-oriented and leads by example
· Ability to take own initiative and take responsibility for actions
· Ability to multitask in a fast paced environment and prioritize effectively
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· 3+ years of retail sales experience
· Skin care, cosmetics, entertainment, or fashion experience, a plus
· Open availability
