APARTMENT MANAGER – MEADOW PARK- located in Mullins, SC seeks a Full Time manager. Hours are flexible – 40 hours per week. Successful candidate must possess solid administrative skills, bright smile, and work well independently. Meadow Park is part of the CAHEC Management community and is in high demand. 1. Accepts and processes all applications.

2. Performs all rent-up procedures, move-in, inspections, certifications, recertification's, transfers, move-outs, establishments of files and maintenance of records as necessary .

3. Responsible for transmitting proper information to Rural Development and CAHEC Management as required by RD Instruction: RD HB 2 35 60. Assigns rental assistance and/or coordination of Section 8 assistance when applicable.

4. Collects rents and other charges; follows collection policy; deposits all collections timely; records all information on the computer and distributes reports as required.

5. Purchases supplies and contracts for services as needed for efficient operation. Takes action needed for preventative and corrective maintenance. Submits bills and invoices to the CAHEC Management Payable Department for prompt payment. understands contracts and agreements when contracting for on-site services/work.

6. Supervises all maintenance/grounds personnel. Assures that work requests are completed timely and satisfactorily. Coordinates and follows up on quarterly inspections of units.

7. Maintains proper maintenance records, inventory controls, and marketing activities.

8. Assumes other duties as assigned relating to efficient property operation.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour

Schedule:

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Property Management: 1 year (Preferred)
• LIHTC: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Preferred)
