Our company was founded in 2009, starting with only 12 students and now approaching nearly 1,400 students with two locations, in Miami and Doral. In 2023, we are adding a 3rd location, and many more great goals for our company. JOB DUTIES:

• Selling the school’s offerings to potential clients
• Registering new clients, maintaining and growing business
• Answering phone calls and interacting with clients
• Processing paperwork and other administrative tasks
• Hiring, training and onboarding new staff and teachers
• Schedule management
• Preparing retail packages
• Ordering Inventory
• Establishing PIP (performance improvement plans for those who need help)

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS and SKILLS:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a fast paced environment, such as: Restaurant, fitness, hospitality, retail, medical office, etc.
• Minimum of 1 year of sales experience
• Experience in solving conflicts and dealing with difficult customers
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Experience managing an office and/or team

SCHEDULE:

• Rotating shifts: Sunday-Thursday from 8:30am-4:30pm (until 5pm on Sunday) OR 12:30-8:30pm
• Friday and Saturday OFF
• On-call on weekends for some circumstances of emergency (rare)
• Must be able to rotate between Doral and Miami locations

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
