Roof Guard is a rapidly growing company based in Cincinnati, OH that specializes in repair and replacement of exterior home components (roofing, siding and gutters). Our primary market focus is residential restoration – the practice of collaborating with insurance companies to establish full replacement of homeowner's weather damaged exterior home components.

We are searching for a highly motivated and disciplined sales rep that is eager to work hard and make good money. Industry experience is a plus but not required. This position primarily focuses on door knocking as means to generate sales. If this approach to making money is not appealing to you, please do not apply.

In summary, your days will entail utilization of our state-of-the-art weather tracking software to identify geographic areas where wind and hail damage has occurred. In discovering and confirming weather damage via inspection of roofs and related exterior components, you will begin a campaign of knocking on doors in that geographic area to engage potential customers and educate them about the negative consequences of weather damaged exterior components. In effectively communicating with the prospect, the opportunity should transition to a same day roof inspection and successful filing of a weather-related insurance claim. You will work hand in hand with the customer and their insurance company toward full resolution of the claim, most often resulting in a sale during a 2-4 week cycle time.

Fantastic comp plan. Realistic year 1 target compensation is $85,000 - $140,000 at plan. Compensation is based on commission, but a bi-weekly draw will be provided.

No significant travel or overnight stay is required. This job is mainly based in Cincinnati/Dayton OH and surrounding geographical areas. This is a relatively quick sales cycle, often resulting in a sale and related pay out within a few weeks of engaging a new prospect/homeowner. We are targeting a start date ASAP.
