Medical Office/Spa looking for an attractive, personable, qualified, medical receptionist who is also sales driven for our Decatur, GA office location.

Doctor is very involved in many TV, Podcast and other media outlets and is very visible on social media with a popular website and blogs.

We need someone bright, outgoing and very patient oriented who can work in a fast pace environment, and have exceptional customer service skills.

Minimum 2 years prior current experience. Bilingual (Spanish & English) is preferred, but not required

Resume must be up-to-date with a Photo/Headshot to be considered!

Essential Responsibilities:

- Answers and responds to all calls in a professional manner. Takes accurate messages, ensures that messages are delivered to appropriate person.

- Schedules and confirms patient appointments.

-Excellent customer services skill

-Sales Driven with Bonus incentive for promoting services

- Demonstrates a positive attitude. Is polite, courteous and professional.

- Professional dress and appearance, and is punctual.

- Maintains waiting room and ensures it is clean and free of debris.

-Familiar with Field marketing

-Great computer skills and being able to use different programs & apps

Position requires a 6 week probationary period. All inquires for this position must include employment and salary history.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $13.00 - $18.00 per hour
