We are looking for an exceptional SeniorSales Representative for an exciting and fun role on our Sales and Marketing Team. You will work to bring in new clients by selling our current and future generations of Fleet Defender technologies and devices. You will join a team whose mission is to develop robust, secure, and powerful systems deployed worldwide. If this sounds like your dream job, we want to hear from you! This job may be remote but will require some travel.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Generate new and repeat sales of assigned customers and/or territories by providing product and technical information in a timely manner.
- Direct sales outreach via phone and email.
- Increase sales of Fleet Defender products at acceptable levels of profit to new customers.
- Determine customer requirements and expectations to recommend specific products and solutions.
- Attend tradeshows and conferences to meet with established and potential customers.
- Set realistic goals, along with a plan to attain those goals.
What We Need to See:
- A minimum of a high-school education, college degree preferred.
- Must be self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Ability to educate and build trust in phone and email engagements.
- Exemplify professionalism in personal appearance, manner, and dress according to acceptable standards set by the company.
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Experience in technical sales especially SAAS or technical hardware sales.
- Experience working in HubSpot CRM.
Compensation:
- $50,000 - 60,000 base + commission
- Unlimited earning potential (uncapped commission)
- Competitive commission plan

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
