• As a 100% commissioned Sales Representative at Trio Supply, you are responsible for the following:
• Sell and maintain all revenue and gross profit for your customer base.
• Provide sales quotes for new and existing customers.
• Enter orders and credits in our order entry system.
• Service customers through regular necessary visits to maintain and grow customer sales and gross profit year over year.
• Watch all reports to maintain and fill backorders and collect on past due customers.
• Update and maintain customer information such as delivery requirement changes, payment methods and additional shipping to locations.

• Knowledge of food packaging and food service disposables.
• Restaurant knowledge and experience in that industry.
• Must be willing to make cold calls.
• People skills and phone skills for providing excellent customer experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Must be self-motivated and able to deal with a variety of customer dynamics and personalities.
• Attention to detail at every level to provide the best customer experience possible.
