Director of Sales and Marketing -Assisted Living

Senior Living Sales Leader with proven success in senior living referral development, increasing name brand recognition, census growth and establishing professional relationships.

Responsible for internal sales and external outreach of Assisted Living services of the community.

Focused on achieving high resident occupancy by generating community activities, tours, lead generation, and lead management.

The ideal candidate must be compassionate, have a passion for seniors, high energy, and a positive attitude.

Proven successful marketing outcomes in senior living services such as Personal Care, Assisted Living, Independent Living, Memory Support, or Pharmaceutical Sales.

Sales and business development experience with proven successful outcomes and strong closing skills are necessary.

Must have a minimum 3 years senior living sales experience.

Pay: Up to $85,000.00 per year
