ACCOUNT MANAGER/SALES REPRESENTATIVE

BRM has Account Manager positions available in our Sales Department and we are looking for motivated Sales Representatives to join our team. BRM will provide all the sales training along the way! This person must have a positive and enthusiastic demeanor and work well in a team environment with a real "taskmaster" attitude. Responsibilities and Duties

- Greet customers via phone or email in a courteous, friendly, and professional manner

- One-on-one sales-based interaction with customers with the goal of cultivating relationships and growing sales

- Listen attentively to customer needs and concerns; demonstrate empathy

- Think critically to meet customer requirements

- Communicate effectively with individuals and the teams to ensure the highest quality of service

- Work with customers to grow our product offering, introduce product promotions and more

- Work with our Outside Sales Network on securing new applications and deals

Requirements:

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Responding to emails efficiently and professionally

- Internally motivated /Competitive with a desire to grow professionally

- Success-driven

- Dependable and punctual

- Ability to use Word, Outlook, Excel (using vlookups, filters, etc.)

Education:

- Bachelors Degree required

Monday -Friday-from 8:00am-4:30pm. Punctual attendance is vital to success in this role.
Brush Research offers medical benefits, holidays, vacation. Pay- $20-$25/hour

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour
