Full description of the position

An international publishing company is looking for an Accounts Receivable/ Customer Service Representative with responsibilities including, but not limited to the following:

  • Payment processing and reconciliations.
  • Process returns and issue credits memos.
  • Maintain and monitor customer accounts. Collect overdue payments.
  • Process orders and internal sales requests in the computer system.
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide necessary paperwork.
  • General office duties including answering phones, faxing, Xeroxing and filing; and
  • Special projects as needed.

Require:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • "Hands-on" trouble-shooter willing to take charge and to do what it takes to follow through.
  • Detail oriented and able to work in a fast-pace environment.
  • Strong work ethic and team player.
