The Bond No. 9 collection of women's, men's, and unisex eaux de parfum, has a dual mission: To restore artistry to perfumery, and to mark every New York neighborhood with a scent of its own.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries.
• Processing Purchasing Orders from customers
• Check daily inventory per clients orders
• Liaise with warehouse and freight company on shipping schedule
• Create monthly sales reports for each client
• Manage monthly Payroll for Direct sales support
• Collect customer information (demand/forecast, retail sales, competitor, price, etc.)
• Prepare requested document to support Export Management
• Manage customer registration requirements
• File and maintain necessary documents.

Job Qualifications:

• Experience in the Beauty Industry
• Advanced Excel experience
• Excellent communication skills.
• Able to interact at all levels with internal and external personnel
• Deadline/task orientated with a great sense of urgency
• High energy
• Proactive, requiring little direction, takes responsibility

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
