Responsibilities

• Support the creation and building of long-term customer relationships.
• Interface daily with clients, account managers and internal departments to quickly resolve issues.
• Identify problem areas and suggest new and innovative solutions for resolving issues.
• Gather competitive customer information and provide feedback on customer satisfaction.
• Work with Sales team to attain sales performance goals.
• Create business processes and maintain sales reports.
• Make recommendations to improve procedures.
• Performs order entry, review, track and process orders, and create credit requests.
• Assist Finance teams with vendor invoice processing.
• Track individual customer quality and delivery ratings.
• Understand and comply with all customer quality requirements.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
