What You'll Do as a Sales Consultant

• Meet with guests to ENTHUSIATICALLY GUIDE them through the vehicle purchasing process.
• PERSONALIZE every interaction with guests whether they are COMPANY PROVIDED LEADS, referrals, return guests, or walk-ins.
• Serve as an INDUSTRY EXPERT by staying informed of new products, features, and accessories as well as their benefit to guests.
• Establish RELEVANT SALES GOALS and devise a strategy to meet them in accordance with dealership goals and standards of productivity.
• Actively participate in TRAINING on products and PRINCIPLED SALES TACTICS.
• Maintain professional appearance.
• Other duties as assigned by Management.

• Ability to FOLLOW THROUGH and FOLLOW UP on all commitments.
• AMBITION and DRIVE to accomplish to sales goals while achieving HIGH GUEST SATISFACTION.
• Valid driver’s license.
