Rockstar Sales Lead Wanted Now! If you haven’t heard of BEACHFIT Training by now, we are a FAST-growing fitness studio that is currently drowning in leads.

Seriously, our team is currently each taking 10+ sales call a day because we are in dire need of more people to help us change this industry!

No cold calling.

No paying for leads.

No pushy referrals asks.

Just qualified prospects who need to chat with someone who can educate them on our company.

The ideal rockstar will have a proven track record in sales and will be highly organized, able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment, and able to always maintain a positive and motivational attitude.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Deliver individual sales targets.

• Ensure that all Leads are being properly followed up with to book intro class in a timely manner using the BEACHFIT communication process.

• Follow up on Missed Guests and work towards getting them back in the studio.

• Attend weekly leadership meetings

• Weekly role play, sales training, and professional development.

• Assist with studio marketing and community outreach.

• Assist in planning and leading monthly team meetings and Sales focused meetings.

Total Potential Annual Compensation Package - $70,000+
