This individual is invested in their work, has the desire to learn, ability to function well on a team, incorporates a flexible mindset, and offers excellent customer service. Responsibilities and Duties:

• Excellent customer service and sales.
• Product knowledge and ongoing education (i.e., seasonal menu, new menu items, etc.).
• Product display set-up, cleanliness and overall care for aesthetic.
• Maintain cleanliness standards in front and back of the store (i.e., wiping counters, sweeping/mopping floors, washing large trays and utensils, etc.).
• Ability to run POS.
• Restocking store items -- drinks, merchandise, utensils, paper goods, etc.
• Organize/move delivered products to their designated areas.
• Communicate on shift issues to on-duty Sales Shift Lead or Sales Manager.
• Record pertinent information (spoilage numbers, donation numbers, daily cash deposits) on the appropriate spreadsheets at EOD.
• Closing and EOD tasks (i.e., prep for next day, pre-orders, etc.).

Qualifications and Skills:

• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Able to stand and walk for long periods of time.
• Able to squat, bend, twist, and reach as tasks require.
• Must be able to lift up to 30 pounds consecutively.
• Must have more mathematical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service skills and emotional intellect.
• Able to have flexibility in the face of challenges.
• Basic understanding of Google Docs and Excel spreadsheets.
• Must be organized with good time management skills

Pay: $10.00/hr + Tip Share (Avg. $4.00 - $10.00 per hour)

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $16.00 per hour
