ANDON Specialties, Inc. is searching for an Account Leader to expand and support our Midwest territory from Tennessee.

WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? Responsibilities:

• Lead sales and account development activities within assigned accounts
• Achieve sales objectives
• Assist customers with technical questions related to product performance, applications, reliability, etc.
• Provide product/application support
• Develop and nurture customer relationships
• Create customer-focused solutions
• Actively use CRM to manage assigned accounts and communicate on-going sales activity

HOW TO SUCCEED IN THIS ROLE? Preferred experience:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Industrial sales experience
• Process automation/instrumentation and/or analytical sales experience
• Industry experience in one, or more, of the following: petrochemical, oil & gas, life sciences, and/or semiconductor

LOCATION: Our corporate office is located in Houston. This position, however, will cover Tennessee, Arkansas and the southern half of Kentucky. Travel will be in the assigned territory.
