As a NAPA Auto Parts Commercial Sales Manager, you have the opportunity to promote the entire NAPA line of products for a fast-paced leader in the automotive parts industry. Use your customer-focused sales skills to knock sales out of the park and manage your income potential to its highest potential.
Primary responsibilities include:
Work with the Store Manager, Outside Salesperson, and owner to develop sales plans
Promote the full line of NAPA products and programs to existing customers
Develop new customer relationships with wholesales customers through prospecting and cold calling
Maintain and grow current customer relationships
Demonstrate a positive, helpful attitude as well as professional conduct and appearance at all times.
Management of delivery staff
Grow NAPA to be the dominant wholesale supplier in the market
Required skills include:
Must be at least 18 years old with a High School diploma or equivalent
Prior automotive background or knowledge, ASE Certification is a plus
Must possess a valid drivers license with no prior DWI convictions
Ability to juggle prospecting and cold calling while maintaining current customer business needs
Ability to handle multiple phone calls, emails, and electronic orders simultaneously
Ability to manage people
Great communication skills and professional appearance
