Your Role and Responsibilities
The demand for excellence among our staff members is high, creating a dynamic and exciting work environment. Top tier candidates have the hunger and will find the joy in excelling in a fast-paced environment. As a Buyer/Dealer Relationship Manager for the Los Angeles/Inland Empire area, you will:
- Solicit, sign up and service automobile dealerships
- Educate and train dealership personnel on company’s products, services, policies, and procedures
- Review, analyze and purchase contracts within Quality’s guidelines and mitigate potential risk to the company
- Ensure that dealer agreements are finalized, loan packages are complete and follow up on approved deals
- Meet efficiency goals by effectively communicating with dealers regarding closure, booked to approve and overall performance.
- Address any poor performing dealers and follow up monthly to see that the dealer is meeting company objectives
- Maintain an understanding of competing programs to use information to promote the positive and competitive aspects of Quality’s program
- Prepare and develop work strategies that align w/ company objectives
- Resolve problems between Quality Acceptance and the dealership to enhance dealership satisfaction
The Right Candidate Will Have:
- Consultative credit analysis and purchasing experience
- Motivation to meet and exceed sales goals
- Demonstrated sales successes for both an individual and team capacity
- Held positions such as (but not limited to) Account Manager, Account Executive, Field Sales, Territory Manager, Area Manager, or other related fields
Compensation and Benefits
- $50k - $120k per year depending on experience

Position Requirements
- Must have valid operator’s license; clean driving record and maintain full coverage insurance with a deductible amount not to exceed ($500) on automobile
- Existing relationships with dealers and/or extensive dealer network
- 3 to 5 years of prior credit underwriting and successful sales experience
- People, discretion, persuasion and communication, and time management skills.

- Knowledge/Experience with the use of DealerTrack, Routeone, and/or Defi Solutions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
