The BDC/Auto Alert Department at Lexus of Glendale is looking for a punctual and professional Full-Time associate that meets the following requirements:

Ability to handle incoming phone calls regarding Service and Sales
Positive and energetic personality
Strong work ethic
Excellent Customer Service Skills
Ability to make large volume of Outgoing Calls each day
Proficient on Computer with Excel Spreadsheets, Microsoft Word, use of Internet, etc
Great Follow up Skills
Ability to learn and retain large volumes of information
Ability to handle deadlines
Works well both on a team and when given individual assignments
Ability to work weekends, holidays, and fill in schedules when needed
Ability to multi- task with good time management skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Multi-lingual a plus.
