Property Managment is reponsible for the daily operations of the community, effectively managing all staff, sales, collections, expense control,collorbrating with maintenance staff. Responisble for the financial performance of the asset, manage resident concerns, lease renewals, property inspections, analyze and prepare financial reports. Plan and ,host monthly resident events. Maintain through knowledge of current market trends and updated advertisements.

Experience Level: 3-5 years of property managment experience. Must reside in the Athens or neighboring county.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $68,000.00 per year
