This position is a key member of the Sales Planning & Reporting team, within the Commercial Operations Organization. The Sales Planning & Reporting team provides actionable insight to our field sales teams and ensures sound data capturing processes. The Sr Sales Analyst will work with various stakeholders at different levels of the Commercial Organization to provide analytical, reporting, and operational support to our field sales teams.

The ideal candidate will be a high-energy, forward-thinking individual with a strong focus on communicating with stakeholders and ambition to improve our reporting and operational processes. This person will need to have strong technical and analytical abilities. Prior experience with pharmaceutical industry data is preferred.

The position requires a highly motivated individual able to work cross-functionally. Alkermes has recently adopted a hybrid working environment to support and meet the needs of employees and this role will operate in a flexible environment with 60% of time in the office and 40% from home.
