Store Sales Associate- Computer Department

Job Overview:
The Store Sales Associate is a vital part of our sales team in our retail location. Specifically in the Computer Department, we are looking for experienced Computer Subject Matter Experts to add to the valued customer service environment created by our Sales team.

Essential Responsibilities:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in using/repairing/building computers or 2 years experience selling computer and computer equipment in a retail environment
• Assessing customers' needs and suggesting solutions to their problems
• Giving customers advice about sales and promotions
• Knowledge of computers from entry level to high end professional cameras
• Recommending the best products to customers

Specific Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Detailed orientated, organized, efficient and computer-literate
• Excellent communication and retail sales experience
• Advanced proficiency in computers and computer equipment
• Ability to stand and walk on sales floor for 8-10 hours at a time
• Bilingual is a big plus!

Required schedule:

• Weekly schedule will include every Saturday off and one day during the work week
