Full description of the position

  • Booking and setting all meeting rooms
  • Input rooming list
  • Book SMERF travel with smaller group
  • Manage social medias and quote websites (i.e. hotel planner)
  • Charge no shows and late cancelations
  • Ensure all group masters are charged out and up to date
  • Creation of documentation to bridge gap between sales and operations
  • Daily meeting with PM FD staff to make sure they know redemptions on the books and walk away rate
  • Help with marketing material
  • Net phone calls
  • Assist front desk when we are understaffed even while working in sales
  • Keeping Delphi clean and up to date
