POSITION SUMMARY:

The Sales Business Operations Manager will support Head of Sales by handling critical activities contributing to business growth goals for the US portfolio. This individual will be the primary point of contact for daily operations of the Sales Team. The Sales Business Operations Manager will lead in critical execution activities including communication planning, business planning, data insights/inspection, resource allocation, budgeting, and key project initiatives during the year. Additionally, this person needs to be able to confidently lead projects from business and data modeling, milestone achievement, delegation, presentation, and collaboration. This role will review existing sales processes and make recommendations on how to improve their effectiveness, enhance workflow and optimize performance.

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Performs budgeting, planning, and analysis activities for sales team

· Collaborate with sales leaders to determine and prioritize business strategies

· Provide the sales leaders with recommendations and consultation to improve teamwork

· Planning, coordinating, and keeping contents of meetings focused

· Working with leadership to deliver, monitor and communicate progress towards goals

· Overseeing strategic business initiatives from ideation to implementation

· Identifying and helping solve core problems or opportunities within sales processes

· Directs sales training strategies and policies to ensure the maximum effectiveness of the sales organization

· Makes recommendations for allocating marketing and sales force resources, as well as promoting customer targeting activities and territory management

· Coordinate efforts between Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations and Managed Care functions

· Consults with other team members to be sure mutual objectives are met. Provides both management and technical leadership

· Provide leadership members with important sales information to prepare them for upcoming meetings and presentations

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EMPLOYMENT QUALIFICATIONS:

· BA/BS Required

· 3+ years in a business, sales or management role

· Excellent Communicator in written and verbal form with a strong focus on interdepartmental communication

· Experience planning and leading strategic initiatives

· Advanced Microsoft Office Skills

PREFERRED SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:

· Experience with data analysis

· Experience with budget management

· Pharmaceutical experience, dermatology preferred

· Strong presentation skills
