Poliform is an international, high end design company specializing in kitchens, custom closets, wall systems and furniture. We are currently looking to add to our Design & Sales team in our West Hollywood showroom.

Job Description:

The ideal candidate should be knowledgeable about design, have a proven track record in sales and the ability to cultivate relationships with clients, architects and other industry professionals. We are looking for someone who is friendly, articulate, organized and detailed oriented- and who has a true passion for their work. The candidate must be able to educate their clients on the products and guide them through the entire design experience.

As Poliform USA provides turnkey service from the concept and technical drawings to the installation, the salesperson must also work in cooperation with other departments in order to ensure our client’s satisfaction on each project. Must demonstrate a strong desire to be a team player and work in a collaborative, creative environment.

This position will include both working on the floor of the showroom and with a dedicated client base, as well as visits to the job site.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 year’s experience working in a sales position
• Previous experience with European kitchen cabinetry a plus
• Works well within a team and also independently to achieve sales goals
• Ability to multi-task and work in fast paced environment
• Ability to stay focused and follow through until completion of the project
• Skillful at problem solving
• Strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to engage with clients and provide excellent customer service
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ability to work a rotating Saturday schedule
