Responsibilities:

• Develop and proactively manage relationships with our customers,
• Provide ongoing support to assigned clients by responding to inquiries and requests, proactively identifying and resolving issues, and leading regular program reviews.
• Act as an advisor to clients, providing education, conducting research, and offering guidance on payments program design that will support the growth of their business.
• Use a consultative sales approach to introduce new solutions that will enhance service and meet the client's business needs.

Minimum Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree, and 2+ years of customer service experience in a business services or similar environment, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
• Relationship management experience preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to work as part of a team, and lead cross-functional team efforts.
• Excellent communication (written, verbal, non-verbal) and active listening skills.
• Consultative sales experience and strong negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to influence and collaborate with others outside of reporting authority to achieve shared goals.
• Strong organizational skills, and superior attention to detail.
