I. General Job Description
This position will direct Parts, Service, and Truck Sales operations through a team of frontline managers to achieve planned sales and profitability objectives, while adhering to established procedures for business conduct, safety, and personnel administration.

Responsibilities
- Operations
- Review analysis of activities, costs, operations, P&L statements and forecast data to determine progress toward states goals and objects for Parts, Service, and Truck Sales.
- Oversee key projects, processes, performance reports, data, and analysis.
- Provide leadership for problem resolution and improved working relationships.
- Manage material requirements to increase inventory turns and reduce levels on hand.
- Determine operations head count needs and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Manage compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Business Development
- Prospect for potential new clients to increase business opportunities.
- Cold call as appropriate to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Grow and retain existing accounts by presenting new product solutions and services.
- Work with staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs.
- Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
II. Minimum Job Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in the Class 8 heavy-duty trucking industry.
- 5 years of experience in Class 8 parts, service, and truck sales management.
III. Desired Job Qualifications
- Proven experience in customer service.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong Leadership and managerial skills.
- Strong organization, communication, leadership, and managerial skills.
IV. Mental Capability Requirements
- Comprehension: Ability to understand opposing points of view on highly complex issues, negotiate, and integrate different viewpoints.
- Organization: Ability to organize and prioritize work schedules of others on long-term basis.
- Reasoning & Decision Making: Ability to make decisions with significant impact on department’s credibility, operations, and services.
- Communication: Ability to formulate complex and comprehensive materials, such as legal documents, authoritative reports, official publications of major scope and impacts, and make formal presentations.
- Mathematics: Ability to compute, analyze, and interpret complex statistical data and develop forecasts and computer models.
