SUMMARY
Natoli Engineering Company seeks a professional Territory Sales Representative for ourmulti-stateMidwest Territory. The ideal candidate will sell and support our products and services within this designated territory. We are a value add, relationship and results driven company, seeking a like-minded individual that is capable of mining and mapping customer verticals, business models, processes, and budgets. Experience managing enterprise accounts is a major plus.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
· Identify and qualify new leads while following up and completing sales cycles across multiple channels of business.
· Market the company’s products to successfully meet/exceed company assigned quotas. These channels are as follows but not limited to: Natoli Tooling Division, Natoli Parts & Accessories Division, Natoli Encapsulation Division, Natoli Equipment Division, Natoli Scientific Division, and all Natoli Services.
· Inform clients about our products and/or services while providing demonstrations
· Cultivate relationships with existing and new clients to secure future business
· Utilize customer service and negotiation skills to close deals
· Report on all territory movement, and sales results (weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annually)
· Maintain technical and professional knowledge by reviewing professional publications, participating in professional societies, and establishing personal networks
· Collaborate with sales representatives from our other territories and even other companies to share best practices and support a cohesive sales approach
QUALIFICATIONS, REQUIREMENTS, & SKILLS
· Bachelor’s degree in Business with additional sales certifications preferred, and/or Five (5) or more years’ experience in a similar role
· Industry experience and knowledge in the following verticals preferred, pharmaceutical, nutraceutical, veterinary, confectionary, and industrial is preferred
· The ability to work independently over multiple communications platforms daily, with Microsoft Office Suite and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) experience
· 50-65% multistate travel required

Pay: $75,000.00 - $120,000.00 per year
