Job Description

Responsibilities include:
- Meet and greet prospects at our Burlington and South Burlington properties in person and virtually
- Demonstrate community and apartment knowledge and apply to prospect needs by communicating the features and benefits; close the sales to achieve high occupancy rate
- Qualify applicants by covering all rental criteria, complete application process, secure deposits and follow-up with applicant regarding status
- Assist in ensuring apartments are ready for move-in
- Schedule and conduct move-in inspections with new residents. Orient new residents to the community. Assist with move out inspections as needed
- Monitor advertising and effectiveness
- Review leasing activity along with occupancy and make recommendations for specials, promotions and/or advertising
- Complete weekly leasing and monthly market reports
- Assist in establishing rental rates with market data research
- Contribute to cleanliness and curb appeal of the community on continuing basis
- Plan, attend and participate in monthly resident promotions/events
- Create and participate in ongoing outreach marketing activities on a regular basis to obtain prospective residents
Essential Job Functions:
- Demonstrate an ability to support and contribute to Farrell Properties team
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills
- Must have strong working knowledge of social media
- Operate telephone, personal computer/keyboard, Microsoft Office including Word and MS Outlook, community software
- Demonstrate planning and organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances
- Demonstrate ability to respond to customer concerns in professional manner
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all the times
- Daily local travel is required. Must possess a valid drivers license and vehicle.
