We are looking for talented, highly motivated sales consultants with a proven track record of success. The ideal candidate is assertive, proactive, persuasive, and performance-driven. This talented sales consultant will also be responsible for building successful, engaging relationships with new and existing guests and fellow team members. It is your responsibility to WOW the Guest, build relationships, and sell the value of our services! Excelling within a strong sales environment is essential to this role.

Sales Consultant Job Functions, Unique Duties, and Responsibilities:

• Learns the treatments provided in a medical spa center
• Sells and closes on the value of our services to guests during the initial consultation Drives to meet and or exceed department goals daily
• Follows up with previous guests to renew interest
• Responsible for making outside calls to generate guests through community marketing
• Ensures all guest questions and concerns are addressed professionally
• Maintain relationships with current and previous guests

Job Specifications/Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of successful consultative sales experience
• Strong closer in a short sales cycle
• Excellent interpersonal and communications skills
• Must be a self-starter and highly motivated
• Ability to effectively and efficiently multi-task
• Enjoys working in a fast-paced team environment

Education/Training (or equivalent): H.S. Degree or College Degree; Certification/License; Successful sales experience may be substituted for the academic credential.

Experience: 3 years of the consultative sales industry or personal care services preferred.

Job Type: Full-time; Flexible schedule to include Saturdays and evenings is required for this position

Pay: This position is a base salary of $38,000 annually plus commissions. Sales Consultants make, on average, $66,000- $75,000 annually.
