Canvasser/Sales Lead Generator

Renewal by Andersen - Long Island

Renewal by Andersen is the custom division of Andersen Windows. Founded in 1903, Andersen Windows has been the world's largest and most recognized brand for exclusive window and door systems. Renewal by Andersen was founded with the objective of creating a different and better window and door replacement experience for homeowners

We are looking for well-spoken, energetic, and confident individuals, responsible for generating outside sales leads. This challenging and fun job takes place in-the-field around Nassau county. Our main office is in Farmingdale, where you may be asked to report to for training at least once a month. You will be going door to door, meeting with hundreds of homeowners and generate leads by offering appointments for our sales reps to provide a free in-home consultation.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Travel to and from your residence to neighborhoods within our Long Island territory
• Diligently work to generate qualified sales leads while engaging in door-to-door campaigning in assigned territory
• Work independently, always representing Renewal by Andersen with the utmost degree of professionalism
• Understand our products and services to educate our potential customers

Qualifications:

• High energy
• 5+ years’ experience in sales or canvassing
• Attention to detail
• Positive attitude through rejection
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Multitasking skills

Compensation and Benefits:

• $52,000 Base + Bonuses

Schedule:

• In the field, various neighborhoods
• 40 hours a week, days may fluctuate
• Some weekend and evening hours
