Property Manager: We're looking for an individual, experienced in basic plumbing, carpentry, lock outs, small dry wall and painting jobs, and all-around maintenance. Responsibilities will also include: The ability to establish sub-contractors as needed and provide supervision and oversight of additional crew members. 40 Hours per week. Location ranges from, Oxford, Southbury, Middlebury, and Woodbury areas in CT.
