Custom Fabricating & Supplies, a recognized leading provider of industrial masking products and solutions, is looking for a self-motivated and experienced Inside Sales Specialist to join our team in Franklin, WI (in-office - no work from home). This is a newly created position to accommodate rapid growth at CFS. NO TRAVEL REQUIRED.

This role requires someone that is results driven and has a passion for sales. This could be an ideal position for a CSR in manufacturing to move up into a sales role without the need for travel.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain customer relationships.
• Customer request for quote preparation/estimating
• Maintain sales process adherence working closely with established processes and CRM tools.
• Overcome technical and business objectives of strategic existing customer growth opportunities.
• Negotiate opportunities and close agreements to maximize profits with existing customers.
• Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales forecasts and targets.
• Prepare reports and forecasts on managed accounts.
• Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.
• Build strong internal relationships fostering a team environment.
• Meet with strategic accounts (virtually) to promote existing business, problem solve and encourage new business.
• Project management development and execution

Experiences, Competencies, Skills and Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required, bachelor’s degree preferred
• Three (3) years customer service/sales support experience, manufacturing environment preferred.
• Demonstrated computer proficiency (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Aptitude in lead generation and identifying potential new business opportunities.
• Ability to multitask and effectively manage customer concerns/issues.
• Proficient with CRM and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication and phone etiquette skills and project a professional image
• No travel required
