General Sales Manager
The General Sales Manager we are seeking to join our team has proven, successful, as a General Sales Manager who is looking for a competitive pay plan, a challenging and rewarding opportunity, a dealership that cares about their employees and whose objective is to exceed the expectations of every customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Coach sales team on proper closing techniques through training and active participation.
- Manage all showroom activities for a large sales team.
- Spend time with customers to determine their needs, discuss vehicle options, and assist sales team members in closing deals.
- Hire, motivate, and monitor the performance of all new/used vehicle sales employees.
- Conduct daily and weekly sales and sales training meetings.
- Coach both new and experienced sales reps on best practices for improving performance.
- Monitor and analyze salespeople's performance.
- Assist in the development of advertising campaigns and other promotions.
- Ensure proper follow up of all prospective buyers by monitoring a CRM system.
- Forecast goals and objectives for sales, gross, and key expenses on a monthly and annual basis.
REQUIREMENTS
- 3-5 Years GENERAL SALES MANAGEMENT (AUTOMOTIVE DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE) ONLY NEED APPLY.
- Must have a commitment for Excellence, Leadership and Growth mindset.
- Proven track record of success in High Volume Automotive Franchise.
- Outgoing personality with expertise at developing relationships.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Strong work-ethic with the ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Proven sales management leadership, with successful experience in automotive retail management.
- Commitment to growing the manufacturers Certified Pre-Owned Program.
- Ability to manage, motivate, and coach a sales team.
- Deep understanding of new car sales operations.
- Experience with ADP/CDK a PLUS!.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $200,000.00 - $280,000.00 per year
