Utilizing the most up-to-date systems and procedures, learn how to convert buyer and seller leads into lifelong clients. The Inside Sales Rep (ISA) will participate in regular trainings in a fun, motivating and competitive environment! You will learn how to deliver value propositions and hold natural conversations over the phone.

-Able to use real estate-specific CRM and marketing/lead technologies or quickly learn how to use them

-A team player, a people person who thrives working with a close-knit team and has strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding solutions

-A motivated marketer who enjoy’s speaking to people.

Qualifications

-Active California Real Estate License

-Bilingual, Fluent in English and Spanish

-Excellent organizational and Documentation skills

-Computer literate

Job Type: Full-time, Monday - Friday

Compensation:

$17-$20 an Hour Based on Experience, bonus plan after 90 days.
