Job Description
Acrisure has been named the fastest growing insurance brokerage firm three years in a row by Business Insurance Magazine. We have over 1,000 locations globally and continue to grow every month. To fuel that growth we have another exciting opportunity for a Commercial LInes Account Manager with RRL Insurance Agency in Melbourne, FL, an Acrisure Agency Partner.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Provide technical support to Account Executive; specifically in analyzing client needs, coverage forms and quotations on existing coverage and appropriate carriers for the renewal submission
  • Contact the insured prior to renewal to obtain updated information including but not limited to vehicle/driver lists, IFTAs, risk changes, current payroll, etc.
  • Verify that all currently valued loss runs have been ordered and received
  • Complete applications in coordination with Account Executive; submits application to eligible and appropriate carriers and follows up to ensure timely receipt of quotations and policies
  • Order and issue binders, certificates, policies, endorsements and other related items; verify accuracy and forward to client with appropriate correspondence
  • Prepare summaries of insurance, schedules, and proposals for word processing as needed
  • Process renewals
  • Review audits of policies, verify accuracy and facilitate corrections as needed between client and carrier
  • Verify policy and policy change information; facilitate corrections when necessary
  • Determine reason for requests for cancellations and take measures to retain the account; notify Sales Executive/Account Executive
  • Process and follow up on cancellations requests to carriers to ensure accurate and timely resolution
  • Identify exposure to loss and recommend appropriate coverages in coordination with Account Executive

Education and/or Experience:
  • High School Diploma or the recognized equivalent, required
  • Minimum of 3 years of related experience in commercial lines insurance account servicing, required
  • Active FL P&C license, required
Computer Skills:
  • Demonstrated strong PC skills including Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Knowledge of Applied EPIC Agency Management System is preferred
Other Qualifications:
  • Must be organized, detail oriented, able to multitask and be efficient with excellent verbal and written skills
  • Must have the ability to effectively work with others
  • Must have a high level of problem-solving skills
  • A positive, team-oriented attitude
