The Account Manager, working in conjunction and concert with the Directors of Engineering and Operations, is responsible for the day-to-day liaison and response activities between EMS and specified customers. This position encompasses all implied and dynamic aspects and responsibilities that generally come with the position.

• Working closely with the Directors of Engineering, Quality and Operations, provide oversight of the daily and long-term objectives of EMS relating to the customers to whom you are assigned.
• Oversee all operational and engineering aspects of EMS commensurate with the customer needs.
• Develop strong relationships with leadership, technical resources, and influencers within Key Accounts.
• Responsible for continued sales and/or growth from assigned key accounts.
• Work with all levels within key accounts to develop and maintain action plans for sales, service, and support.
• Direct all internal and external relationships based on customer needs and strategic priority.
• Proficiently negotiate and manage contracts and purchase agreements.
• Support the EMS Quality Policy and Quality Objectives.
• Perform Other Duties as assigned.
