STATUS: FULL-TIME Monday – Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm
LOCATION: Rockledge, FL
Salary: $50,000 - $70,000

CMTI has an immediate opening for a qualified Pricing and Estimating Specialist to pursue new business. CMTI is an integrated facility service provider performing various types of services including Operations & Maintenance, Janitorial, Logistics, DOT Road Maintenance, and other services. The ideal candidate will have some experience developing cost and pricing models for similar services.
Essential Functions
  • Strategic cost and estimating
  • Pricing proposal development
  • Pricing modifications for existing contracts
  • P & L modeling for projects
  • Project budget development
Suitable Candidates Must
  • Pas background screening process
  • Proven relative experience
Education and Experience
  • Associate degree or relevant experience
  • 5 years of experience preferred
  • Ability to work with the Microsoft suite of programs
