Landmark Ceramics is a subsidiary of Gruppo Concorde, a leading tile manufacturer throughout Europe. We have a state of the art tile manufacturing facility in Mt. Pleasant, Tennessee.
We are looking for a Hardscapes Regional Sales Manager in the southeastern region.
Position description:
Sales Manager with the following primary duties and responsibilities:
- To represent Landmark in their respective market while maintaining the highest standard of professionalism and business ethics.
- To create and strengthen relationships and collaborations between Landmark Ceramics and the landscaping architect, contractors and outdoor product distributors .
- To reach business targets in terms of sales volumes, geographical coverage and product mix.
- To introduce new collections efficiently and to train customers on product features
- To study client's product offerings, being able to subdivide the entire portfolio to identify business opportunities for the company on a regular basis
- To identify and analyze the client's needs in terms of products and service, being proactive in proposing new activities, solutions and complementary products
- To use the CRM, to compile activity reports and to communicate to the company on a regular base
- Travel to new and existing customers for face to face visits to maintain and create effective relationships.
- Work in conjunctions with other Landmark sales members within the region (i.e. hardscapes, A&D reps etc.)
- Other duties as assigned.
Other Expectations:
Willing and capable to work harmoniously with supervisor, customer care and other sales team members
Willing and capable of attending client meeting on a regular basis
Answering phone calls and emails in a prompt and professional manner
Willing and capable of travel while following company strategy, product launches, training programs, client needs etc.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
Professional experience: At least 3 years of experience in Sales or distribution of bricks and blocks, pavers, stone, retention walls, etc.
Company Car and Expense Card provided
