Compensation:

• Part-time
• $18 per hour
• Lucrative bonus plan
• Paid weekly

The Brand Ambassador is responsible for attending events to market BATH FITTER® to the public and generating leads.

The ideal candidate will actively engage customers at local events (indoors and outdoors), fairs, festivals, malls, home shows, trade shows, etc. while ensuring lead goals are met. Candidates should possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, be self-motivated, dependable, and have reliable transportation. It is required the candidate have a smartphone and know how to operate the phone.

Responsibilities:

• Create a positive customer service experience at events, as assigned.
• Actively engage and educate the public on BATH FITTER® products at events and various locations.
• Generate leads and set appointments.
• Enter leads electronically via smartphone or tablet.
• Become knowledgeable spokesperson for the BATH FITTER® brand.
• Provide timely reporting and recaps via text and email to the Event Manager.
• Setup, maintain, and return in good condition the company’s display materials.

Requirements:

• Possess a high school diploma, GED, or equivalent education.
• High level of energy.
• Have a high standard of work ethic.
• Be able to work independently.
• Be self-motivated.
• Professional and polished appearance – must be able to properly represent the brand.
• Confident and self-motivated.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Working weekends (Friday, Saturday, Sunday)
• Ability to lift and/or push and/or pull up to 50 pounds.
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Smartphone required
