Welcome to the dynamic and engaging world of Residential Real Estate! I am looking for someone who has the confidence to tackle tasks without always being asked to. Should have excellent administrative and communication skills and is looking for a long term, stable commitment. Heavy focus on Property Management that includes tasks such as scheduling repairs, paying bills, and leasing out units. Role also is to help me run my business as a Realtor selling homes, apartment buildings and entry level fixers. Not limited to, but would include such things as setting up showings, shoots, repairs coordination, marketing, newsletter/e blasts, mailers, and down to the small to-do's like cutting keys.

Heavy use of G-Suite Google apps, Outlook, basic Excel. Role is in Brentwood office, if not in the field. Mostly Mon - Fri regular work hours, but may also include weekends and vary.

The job will be mostly in the office with occasional field work (covering showings, checking on vendors, etc.) The ideal candidate is someone who takes initiative, is proactive, and can handle substantial workload on a daily basis of various matters. Tasks included could be helping me create fun client and broker events, managing my Listings, client relations, work calendar, vendor coordination for repairs, transaction documents, marketing efforts (including assembling mailers), etc.

I sell property from Malibu to Downtown Los Angeles--both luxury and entry level fixers. If this demanding, but rewarding role suits you, I would look forward to you applying.
