We offer competitive wages starting at $20 per hour, with no experience necessary.

Our amazing team is seeking a Full-Time Sales Coordinator at our Walker's Point catering HQ. While primarily Tuesday-Saturday, there are events, occasions, meetings, parties, etc. that are held during non-traditional work hours and weekends (some off-site) which you will be required to attend. Please have reliable transportation.

Bring your high-energy, spirit of service, professional demeanor, and passion to our thriving team. Experience in customer service and hospitality is preferred. We work with a variety of industry-specific software programs such as Caterease and StaffMate. If you don't know these, we'll teach you.

Requirements:

In this role, you'll:

Be the lead for pick-up orders at Walker's Point and Saz's State House

Be the sales lead and event planner for established corporate events, repeat or less complex events, inbound sales, and leads passed through from Sales Managers and Director of Catering

Prepare and distribute BEOs for corporate and social events; attend meetings to collaborate with operations and culinary teams

Communicate with accounting to ensure accurate financials

Participate in sales meetings
